Zrir is unlike anything else on our menu — a smooth, spoonable confection of ground almond and hazelnut bound with sesame and raw honey, deep in flavor and rich in tradition. In Tunisia, it's the sweet you bring to celebrate a new baby, and families guard their own recipe for it fiercely.
