These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Daarna. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Daarna. You can reach us at darna.pastry@gmail.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our pastries as accurately as we can. Because they are handmade food products, exact appearance, piece size and arrangement may vary between boxes. Photographs are representative rather than exact.

3. Food safety and allergies

Our products are nut-forward and are produced in a kitchen that handles tree nuts. You are responsible for reading the allergen information on the product page, and for asking us before ordering if you have any doubt. See Allergen and Ingredient Information. We do not claim that our products are halal, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, organic or preservative-free.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may decline or cancel an order — including after it has been placed — if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the listing, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping, refunds and replacements

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund and Replacement Policy, which reflects the fact that we sell perishable food.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it systematically, or to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, branding and design on this site belong to Daarna or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction.
