Zrir is unlike anything else on our menu — a smooth, spoonable confection of ground almond and hazelnut bound with sesame and raw honey, deep in flavor and rich in tradition. In Tunisia, it's the sweet you bring to celebrate a new baby, and families guard their own recipe for it fiercely. Ours is made the old way: slow-ground, generously honeyed, and finished with a flavor that lingers. A meaningful gift, and a striking addition to any dessert table.
